Team Leader

Based in Watford, Hertfordshire

You will need to show effective leadership, management, communication and organisational skills to assist in the smooth running of the Contact Centre. You will be someone who can motivate their team through continuous training and support with the ability to spot trends and deliver feedback.

Your role will be to guide and develop your team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Implementation Manager

Based in Watford, Hertfordshire

We are looking to recruit a professional, flexible and experienced Implementation Manager, who will take ownership of the implementation deliverables associated with the change including: Implementation Plans, Scope Documents, Status Reports, Defect Monitoring, Schedule of Events and Meetings. As well as conducting "train-the-trainer" style working sessions on basic product functionality, including but not limited to system overview, tools, and/or advanced modules.

They will act as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders to resolve queries / issues relating to the implementation process, as well as identify and manage mitigating actions to address project risks and issues, working with project leads to agree resolution and presenting the case for ratification to the relevant stakeholders.

The best suited candidate should be/able to demonstrate:

  • Strong project management skills - essential Prince 2 qualification

     

  • Train-the-trainer experience – desired training qualification

     

  • 2 or more years of relevant industry experience

     

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

     

  • Fast-paced delivery focus

    Innovative thinking for problem solving

     

  • Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

Team Administrator

Based in Watford, Hertfordshire

We are looking to recruit a Part Time professional and experienced Team Administrator, who will be working across Sales, Marketing and primarily as part of the Account Management (AM) team, to support them in their administration tasks 3 days per week.



The best suited candidate should be/able to demonstrate:
